Established in 2007, The Posh Box is a small, woman-owned, freelance web design studio located in central California.


I have been learning and designing for about 11 years. Some of my studies have included basic HTML, XHTML/CSS, and web design. My education is always on-going. I use Paint Shop Pro to create and edit all of my design work. I use HTML-Kit, Crimson Editor, and TopStyle Lite for some of my html coding. I also have Dreamweaver. Oddly enough, my preference for html editing is to hand code in notepad. All of my work is done using valid XHTML/CSS; however, I do on occasion work with tables. I am also skilled in digital scrap booking, photo editing and email signature tags (siggies).


I do create some of my own artwork but mainly support many wonderfully talented artists who do allow commerical use through either site memberships or by payment for commerical use. I am a copyright compliant designer. I am also a font addict, I literally have thousands of fonts! From script fonts to grungey fonts, free fonts to paid fonts, I have TONS of fonts!!!


I love what I do and take great pride in my work. It is important to me that it shows in the finished product. My main goal is to provide my clients with a web site that is not only attractive and memorable but also functional and affordable, a design that creates a lasting impression on your visitors or customers that will keep them coming back again and again!

My name is Pamela (nickname Pammie) and I live in Sunny California. I have been married to a wonderful hard-working man for 22 years and we have three beautiful daughters and one gorgeous granddaughter. I have been a Stay-at-home-Mom for just over 13 years and have been working from home for about 3 years. Keeping house, kids, husband and work is very hard but I wouldn't trade it for anything! We also have 3 very spoiled cats: SnickerDoodle, GingerSnaps and Muffin. I have the most wonderful friends online -- from Australia and Sweden to all over the United States, they are always just a click away;)


In between creating web and blog designs, I create digital scrap kits and elements, Desktop Wallpapers and Calendars, Twitter Backgrounds, and also create signature tags! I've got my fingers in just about everything digital, LOL But I sure do love it! I'm always on the lookout for something new to learn!
