Facebook is a great marketing opportunity for your small business or organization and can be used to keep in touch with your clients and attract new visitors. Unfortunately, you are stuck with the default Facebook page, the "Wall", which is what your new visitors and potential customers see when they first visit your page. The "Wall" includes updates, messages, promos and customer feedback and does not give the greatest impression as to what your business or organization is all about. There are two ways to customize your Facebook Page and give visitors a strong impression of your business: a custom profile banner/picture and custom landing page and of course, additional pages.


Please note that although you can add a banner to both your personal Facebook as well as your Facebook business page, a landing page/additional pages can only be added to a Facebook business Page.
