I need my blog or website completed in a rush, can you place me on top of your Project Waiting List?
I'm very sorry, but I do not work on a rush basis or move clients in front of others who have been patiently awaiting their turn.

Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, I do have a waiting list. To be placed on the Current Project Waiting List, please use the Project Request Form. You will receive a deposit invoice after I have gone over your request and answered any questions. Upon payment of your deposit, you will be placed on the WAITING LIST and sent a Design Questionnaire. Once your completed questionnaire is sent to me, it is THEN that your project will be moved to the CURRENT PROJECT WAITING LIST and given a project start date.

I don't know how to use a blog, can you teach me?
While I would love to teach you how to use your blog, I just do not have the time. You must have a working knowledge of how to use your blog BEFORE you contact me for your project. Blogger has a Quick Tour and a Video Tutorial, and I strongly suggest you do both of them and do lots of testing on your blog. Posts can always be deleted. Blogger's Quick Tour and Video Tutorial.

I don't see your phone number, how can I get in touch with you?
I prefer to communicate via email. This allows me to keep a complete and accurate record of the correspondence between me and the client or the potential client. I work from my home, so this also protects the privacy and safety of my family. There may be times that it be imperative to have a phone conversation once work begins, I will consider this when the time arises.

What forms of payment do you accept and what is your payment policy?
At this time I only accept payment through Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal, you only need to use their services to make the payment through their safe and secure servers. You may use all major credit cards. Please visit Paypal for more information.

Do you give non-profit discounts?
Yes I do. Please see my Discounts and Coupons page for more details.

I am a return customer of yours and would like a new Blog or Website, do I get a discount?
Yes, of course! All clients who have purchased a design package from me in the past will receive 10% off their next re-design or on a new design. Please see my Discounts and Coupons Page for more details.

I am a Teacher, do I get a discount?
Yes! All teachers will receive a discount on the Custom Blog packages. Please contact me for more information.

Do you trade services?
Not at this time. If you feel that you really need this type of arrangement, please contact me and we can discuss the details. Please do not get offended if I decline to make this type of arrangement.

How much will my site cost?
It really depends on what kind of site you want and how large it will be. Please see the appropriate page for the type of project you have. If you still have pricing questions, please contact me, I will be happy to help you.

Will I have any additional costs?
There should not be any extra costs unless you change the package you want, have any upgrades that aren't included in the package you chose or you dramatically change the design after I have already begun working on it. After your site is completed, you will have 4 weeks of free customer service. The only other costs you should have after that are your yearly hosting and domain name fees or if you need site maintenance and updates at a later date.

Do you create WordPress Blogs?
No, at this time I am only working with Blogger.

I would like to have a blog on my own website, is that possible?
Yes. Through Blogger you can purchase your own domain name for only $10 per year. You will have your own domain name, www.yourblogname.com, and Blogger will host all your content free, but at your new address.

Do you create the graphics you use?
I create very little of the graphics that I use. These are simple backgrounds and design elements. I am happy to support graphic artists and scrapbook artists who allow commercial use by purchasing a membership to their site, to which I have several, or by purchasing their commercial use items.

Will you create me a site with artist tubes or graphics?
No, sorry I will not. Almost all artists will NOT allow the use of their art for profit, which is what that would be. I am a copyright-compliant designer.

Will you create me a site using an artist from one of the artist licensing companies, can't you obtain a license there?
Yes and No. Yes I can obtain a license at one of the licensing companies and I do have several, but they are for non-profit, personal use only. As far as I know, you can not purchase a "Commercial License" from them. I will not create any site with any of these artists work. I am a copyright-compliant designer.

Can you use digital scrapbooking supplies to create me a site?
Yes, there are a lot of digital shoppes and digital designers that allow commercial usage with the purchase of a one-time commercial use license or by purchasing commercial use products. If you have or know of a scrap kit that you would like for me to use on your site, please contact me and I'll see if it can be done.

How long will it take to finish my site?
A custom Basic or Deluxe blog takes about 2 weeks and a Custom Website takes about 4 weeks. The smaller projects like the Ready2Go and Ready2Go Quickies take about 1-3 days to complete.

What happens if I'm not happy with my finished site?
I will work hard to make sure this does not happen. I will keep you informed about every detail and get your approval as we go along. If for some reason you are still not happy BEFORE your site has been uploaded and BEFORE you receive all files, we can terminate our agreement and move on, no hard feelings. Please note that if we do terminate our agreement and we are well into the design, I will put the design up for sale as a Ready2Go design. Very Important, please see the next answer.

Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this business, I can not refund your deposit once work begins. If you are not happy with your site at any time during the design process, we can terminate our agreement and move on, no hard feelings and no products will be delivered to you and you will not owe me any additional monies. Please note that if we do terminate our agreement and we have gotten far in the design, I will put up the design for sale as a pre-made template. If you are unhappy AFTER your site is done, uploaded and you receive your files, I will not be able to offer you a refund. Please read the Terms and Conditions page very carefully.

Can I change or alter the design you created for my site at a later date?
No, you or another designer may not alter or change the design that I created for you. It must be used and displayed the way it was created and delivered to you at all times. You may however, remove it from your site and no longer use it. No refunds will be given.

If you do need any changes at a later date, please contact me, I will be happy to give you a quote and update your site.

What happens if I loose the files for my design from a computer glitch?
Please make sure you copy all files that I send you to a disk for save keeping AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM. I can not guarantee that I will keep copies of what I create for you on my hard drive or even on a CD. It is your responsibility once site files have been delivered to you to back them up for safe keeping and storage.

What services do you NOT offer?
At present I do not offer business stationary, business cards, printing services, printable scrapbooking pages, content management systems, message boards, PHP & Database Services, and flash design. I do plan to add them in the near future for your convenience and mine.

I have web space and a domain name and I think I'm ready, now what?
Ready or even if you do not have a web space or domain name but would like a web site designed by The Posh Box, you should read my Terms and Conditions first and if you agree to them, Read the Getting Started page, it will tell you what to do next and have you moving on your way to a new web site.
