The Blogger 101 page was a real help to me! I am new to the blogging world and have felt a little over my head at times. So that page definitely helped out by teaching me some of the terminology. Instead of " I like that little picture", I now can say " I need a post title image." So, thank you! :) My overall experience with The Posh Box was great! The website is very detailed and provides a lot of package options to meet a variety of customers needs. The Posh Box did a great job of consulting with me about what I wanted for my blog. All of my questions were answered promptly and I felt confident that my blog would turn out the way I wanted. We searched for an “inexpensive blog template” and came across The Posh Box, among MANY other options. There was a template that sort-of fit our desired look and at a very reasonable price, which were our 2 objectives. Immediately upon our inquiry with a few notes about what it was that we were looking for, Pamela went above and WAY beyond our expectations in a variety of ways. Her immediate suggestions, additions/adjustments/tweaks to our blog (using the Posh Box template), and her complete dedication to making our blog unique stood out instantly. We really found that she took our ideas and wanted to make the final outcome exactly what we envisioned. Additionally, we felt that she had a vested interest in our blog that was from the heart. Please note, we have never met Pamela in person nor have we even spoken on the phone. All of our communications were via email which is sometimes even more difficult to establish any type of rapport with “real people”. She made the process enjoyable, which coming from this NON-TECH girl, is a big bold statement! Working with Pamela at the Posh Box on our blog has now made our decision to update our e-commerce website even easier! She’s already given us some simple solutions to our design woes but we look forward to working with her down the road as we take our website to the next level, too. I have to say that it was a lot easier than I thought. I had a lot of questions about the blogging lingo, and Pamela was very patient with me. She explained what each thing was and didn't hesitate in answering all my questions. The overall experience was an amazing one!!! She rocks and knows what she's doing and does a fabulous job of it. My overall experience with The Posh Box has been beyond amazing. I still can not believe how personal the service was. I truly felt like Pam was a friend helping me create my blog. She has gone above and beyond in every single way. Starting with my first e-mail inquiring about setting up my blog, she was professional, patient, helpful, and kind. I am in no way computer savvy when it comes to creating blogs or websites. Anytime I did not understand something (and it was often) she would immediately send me an e-mail explaining what ever it was I wasn’t getting. Pam never got frustrated with me, and was never short, she always made sure I understood not only what she was doing but also why she was doing it. I wanted a specific picture on my blog, that Pam was not able to make. Instead of just saying “no, I can’t do that.” She searched the web to find someone for me that could. She was not required or paid to do this, but she was more than happy to do it. Pam’s main goal was to make sure I was happy, and I can’t even begin to tell, how happy I am. I have had more compliments on my blog then I could have imagined, and every time I open my web page up, I get a huge smile on my face. I really think I love it more and more every time I look at it!! I would recommend The Posh Box to everyone I know. If anyone is thinking of starting a blog or web page, there is no one else who can do the amazing personalized job that The Posh Box can do.
